• Box Office Wrap-Up: Oz Didn’t Answer Halle Berry’s Call

    oz-the-great-and-powerfulOz the Great and Powerful continued to be great and powerful in this weekend’s box office charts, bringing in an estimated $42.2 million and holding on to the number one spot.

    Halle Berry’s newest suspense thriller, The Call, did surprisingly well in the number two spot with $17.1 million.

    The Incredible Burt Wonderstone, Steve Carell’s worst opening flick yet, didn’t do as well as expected, sliding in to the number three spot with $10.3 million and a solid C-plus.

    Silver Linings Playbook,  Identity Thief, and Escape from Planet Earth maintained their spots in the top 10 in this weekend’s top movies list.
