• Oprah Tops Forbes’ List of Most Influential Americans

    OprahEven two years after she quit her longtime daytime talk show, Oprah still owns it.

    She has ranked as the No. 1 Most Influential Celebrity in America for the second-straight year.

    Determined by Forbes, the list ranks celebrities based on E-Poll Market Research surveys, which ask Americans about celebrities’ likeability traits and personality attributes.

    While Oprah earned 48 percent of the vote, acclaimed director Steven Spielberg brought in 47 percent.

    Fellow famous filmmakers Martin Scorsese, Ron Howard and George Lucas rounded out the top 5, respectively.

    Also to make the list… Dr. Oz (6), Barbara Walters (7), Bono (8), financial guru Suze Orman (9) and Clint Eastwood (10).
