R&B royalty Alicia Keys revealed to Nancy O’Dell of Entertainment Tonight on the Grammy Awards red carpet that she’s got country’s own Miranda Lambert in mind for her next great music mash-up.

“I’d like to [collaborate with] Miranda Lambert,” Alicia says. “I think we might put something together. I told her today. We were this close in the dressing room and I just told her how much I love [her and husband Blake Shelton] and how incredible she is and how beautiful her voice is, so we’ll see.”

After the Grammys wrapped, Miranda tweeted she and Alicia traded phone numbers backstage.

Neither superstar is shy about collaborating outside her comfort zone. Miranda performed with Dierks Bentley on the Grammy stage, while Alicia took the stage with Maroon 5’s Adam Levine.
