It may be Valentine’s Day, but in Jana Kramer and Brantley Gilbert’s household, it’s the first day of all-out battle.

The country couple, who just announced their engagement, learned yesterday they’re each other’s competition in the fan-voted “Artist of the Year” category at the upcoming ACM Awards.

“I got asked, ‘Who’s going to bring home the next award?’” Brantley says. “And I said, ‘You know what, it’s going to the same house, so it don’t really matter.’”

While Brantley keeping the competition friendly, Jana may have other plans.

“If he were to win and I didn’t, I’d support him 100 percent,” she says before adding, “I might be bitter for like a second. I might be like, ‘Maybe you could take me out to dinner and surprise me or something.’ Just kidding!” she jokes.

The 48^th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards airs April 7^th at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.
