• Keith Urban Earns ‘Critics’ Choice Award’ Nod

    Posted: Dec 12, 2012

Keith Urban has won it all – ACMs, CMAs and even Grammys. But a new nomination could add a different trophy to his collection.

Movie award season is just around the corner, and the first big list of nominees includes the country superstar.

The Broadcast Film Critics Association announced the Critics’ Choice Awards nominations, including Keith’s nod for “Best Original Song” for “For You” from the Act of Valor soundtrack.

There’s buzz the song could get an Oscar nomination, too. Lincoln received the most from the Critics’ Choice with 13, including “Best Picture,” while Les Misérables was next with 11, followed by Silver Linings Playbook with 10.

The awards will be given out when the 18th Annual Critics’ Choice Awards airs January 10th on the CW. For a full list of nominees click here.
