CMT sizzle is about to be re-defined with today’s BIG announcement of a new show coming soon to your television.

In addition to his role as host of CMT Radio Live, our very own Cody Alan will now take on a new role as one of the hosts of the all-new CMT Hot 20 Countdown.

Cody will join co-hosts Alecia Davis and Katie Cook to count down the 20 biggest music videos with the hottest news stories, in-studio live performances and candid interviews from country music’s biggest superstars and up-and-coming artists.

The show will shoot in front of a live studio audience at its new home, the Music City Tower in downtown Nashville.

The all-new CMT Hot 20 Countdown will air weekly with the first episode of the two-and-a-half hour show premiering Saturday, January 5 at 11:30AM ET/PT only on CMT.
