The country megastar revealed to Australia’s Hot Hits that her connection with her Twitter followers never, ever leaves her heartbroken.

“It feels like a personal relationship,” Taylor says. “And yeah, it’s a personal relationship with 22 million people, but it’s still a personal relationship.”

Taylor is the 7^th most followed person on Twitter behind Justin Bieber, Katy Perry and the No. 1 most followed person Lady Gaga.

“I don’t have like a team of people who operate it, I just use it when I wanna tell them something, or when I think something’s funny.”
