Tonight’s superstar guest Hunter Hayes has the best seat in the house every night on tour with Carrie Underwood… and the intimidation factor is off the richter scale!

The “Blown Away Tour” opener tells MTV News that there’s not a night he isn’t left speechless by Carrie’s big, one-of-a-kind voice.

“It’s really something I love to watch,” he says, “and it’s intimidating ’cause you sort of stand there and you’re like, ‘How do you that?’ It’s unbelievable.”

Hunter goes on to say his show is different in that he’s all about the production.

“Her show is really impressive and it’s kind of cool ’cause I’m a production guy,” she says, “and she’s a consistent vocalist!”

Carrie and Hunter continue the “Blown Away Tour” until May of 2013.
