• Thanksgiving Brings Money to the Movies

    There was a box office feast this weekend at the movies!

    Twilight: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 and Skyfall helped to shatter box office records, bringing in the most money ever during the Thanksgiving holiday.

    The newest addition to the Twilight family brought in $43.1 million over the weekend, making its U.S. total $227 million and $577.7 million worldwide.

    Skyfall pulled in $36 million over the weekend, upping its domestic total to $222.7 million – the highest grossing in its franchise!

    The two movies’ successes put a dent in Rise of the Guardians, which earned only $24 million so far.
