Husband and wife duo Thompson Square’s love story is one for the books… sort of.

Keifer and Shawna will add author to their list of know-hows when they release their first novel. The book is based on their nearly Double Platinum debut single “Are You Gonna Kiss Me Or Not?” and even shares the same name.

The story chronicles characters “David Winters” and “Zoe Spark” on a long journey to love and follows their ups and downs not only pursuing music but also each other.

Thompson Square will co-author the novel along with Travis Thrasher. The CMA Vocal Duo of the Year isn’t the first country stars to show some fictional finesse.

Sara Evans has also released a series of books, including Softly and Tenderly, The Sweet By and By and more.

Thompson Square’s Are You Gonna Kiss Me Or Not hits stores June 4^th.
