Carly Rae Jepsen has been probably getting a lot of phone calls lately, but not the usual kind… 

Instead, they’re just giving her legal advice. A Ukrainian singer is reportedly suing Carly for allegedly stealing her Christmas song and turning it into “Call Me Maybe.”

The singer, who goes by Aza, claims that “Call Me Maybe” was stolen from her song “Hunky Santa,” which she alleges producers carbon-copied and simply tweaked and added Carly’s voice.

“I’m shocked and surprised that these people wanted to sample my lyrics on their song. They didn’t ask me for permission, they just took it,” the Ukrainian singer said. “That’s why I filed this lawsuit.”

According to her lawsuit, Aza is suing for unspecified damages.
