“He’s sexy. You could take it from there,”Â Bradley says.

The new winner will be named by People in just a few short weeks to represent the award for 2012.

“I’m in therapy three times a week, but I think I’ll get through it,”Â he says.

Richard Gere, who won People’s Sexiest Man Alive in 1999, was also at the gala Monday to receive the “Hollywood Career Achievement Award.”
