It’s the battle of diva judges on American Idol“¦ and we’re not talking about Keith Urban either.

The new season of Idol hasn’t even hit airwaves yet, but catfights between judges Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey are already making headlines everywhere.

TMZ obtained footage from Idol ‘s recent audition stop in Charlotte, North Carolina showing the back-and-forth screaming match between the rapper and pop singer.

“I’m not gonna sit here every”¦minute to have you come down and harass me every minute every day,” Nicki says in one part.

Mariah goes on to call Nicki a “three year old,” claiming she can’t bring her kids to set because Nicki acts like “a little crazy b&*%$.”

Country’s own Keith Urban is positioned between the two, staying mum the whole time.

Reportedly, head honchos ended Charlotte auditions early following the blow up. They’re worried the two won’t be able to co-exist for the long haul.
