Scotty McCreery Ranks on Billboard’s ’21 Under 21′

What’s got Scotty McCreery and Justin Bieber side by side these days?
It’s the new Billboard list of music’s hottest minors!
The country megastar lands at No. 4 on the “21 Under 21″ rundown, while the Biebs captures the top spot among famous youngsters.
Other under-21 faces to make the list include boy band heartthrobs One Direction (No. 2), new X Factor judge Demi Lovato (No. 3) and even Miley Cyrus (No. 18).
Like most 18 year olds, Scotty just began his freshman year of college at North Carolina State.
Plus, his new holiday album Christmas with Scotty McCreery drops everywhere October 16th.
