But when Jason Aldean’s brand-new album Night Train hits shelves next month, the country mega rocker reveals he’ll be right on track with the King of Pop”¦ sort of.

Jason tells azcentral.com the pressure he feels coming off his multi-Platinum My Kind of Party is a little something Michael Jackson can understand well.

“It’s like when Michael Jackson put out the Bad album,” Jason says. “Could you really compare that and go, “˜Well, it wasn’t as good as Thriller?’ It’s just different.”

The singer may promise something a little different on Night Train, but nothing like Michael’s legendary discs.

“I’m not, by any means, comparing my records to Thriller and Bad,” Jason says.

Night Train drops October 16^th.
