Carrie Underwood may look like a sweet and innocent gal, but when it comes to her favorite movies, the country megastar’s hooked on horror!

Carrie’s hockey player husband Mike Fisher revealed on the red carpet at the premiere of the scary thriller After that Carrie is “as gory as it gets.”

“She grew up on horror movies, believe it or not,” Mike says.

The athlete also dishes that Carrie isn’t the one that shutters at the sight of a gory scene ““ he is!

“She never covers her eyes,” he says. “That would be me.”

Despite Mike’s sensitivity to horror, he’s still loved by his fans, including Tennessee Titans quarterback Matt Hasselbeck, who was also on the red carpet for the premiere.

“My son’s gonna be totally excited that Mike Fisher’s here at the movie. That’ll be the highlight of the night for my kids.”
