The trio isn’t afraid to admit each of their alter egos also make an appearance. The band’s Tom Gossin reveals to Billboard that the songs “talk about the person [they] would all like to be.”

“You can have your alter ego come in and do all the things you can’t really do in real life,” he says.

Take their current chart-topper “(Kissed You) Good Night,” for example.

Tom says the song is about “not making the first move at the end of a date, but wishing you had.”
