Taylor Swift has another love story in the works, but just how swiftly is her reported relationship with 18-year-old Conor Kennedy moving?

When Conor’s grandmother Ethel Kennedy was asked how she would feel if Taylor joined the Kennedy clan, she gave her stamp of approval.

“We should be so lucky,” says Ethel, the widow of the late John Kennedy, Jr.

But when it comes to who paired the two reported love birds together, Ethel gives all the credit to her daughter Rory Kennedy, who attended one of Taylor’s recent concerts.

“That’s how we first met Taylor Swift,” Rory says, “and she’s a great friend of all of ours. We love her. She’s awesome.”

 Taylor, who has followed the Kennedys for a while now, has even written a song about the famous family.
