Is Tim McGraw becoming a grandfather?

Not quite. But the country superstar did recently reveal what he’s already doing to prepare for the day that he does become Grandpa McGraw.

Tim says he’s exercising more to stay healthy so he can be around for the birth of his grandkids one day.

“I think more than anything I want to see my kids grow up,” Tim says, “and I want to meet my grandkids and hopefully my great grandkids.  So you know, I just try to be healthy.”

But Tim admits he has sometimes let his gym routine “slide a little bit.”

But while on tour with Kenny Chesney this summer, he’s been known to stick to a strict regime.

He was even photographed flipping a large tire at a recent show.
