Justin Bieber admitted his love for country music when he picked up a CMT Music Award last year with Rascal Flatts, but could the pop star actually be going country?

While the likelihood of a country-singing Bieber is slim, the teen star did post a video over the weekend of a countrified version of his smash single “Boyfriend.”

Justin offered some twang and a few “yee-haws” while his friend serenaded on guitar.

The Biebs isn’t the only pop star to show a little country love.

Fellow teen star Demi Lovato sung a cover of Lady Antebellum’s “American Honey” at a recent concert, and Kelly Clarkson released a highly successful country version of her pop hit “Mr. Know It All.”
