The country songstress reveals to Fitness magazine she likes to work out by going on walks with her dog Roman.

The white 18-month-old maltipoo “plays a huge role” in Sara’s fitness regimen.

“Walking Roman is definitely a priority,” Sara says. “I’ll walk fast for about an hour with him.”

When she’s not working on her fitness with Roman, Sara loves playing tennis on tour. Other fave workouts include playing basketball with her seven kids at the YMCA and throwing a softball with her husband Jay.

Sara’s staying busy this summer touring and working on new music.

Sara also reveals to the mag that her dream duet would be with rap royalty Eminem! The country singer says her son is a rapper and loves Eminem. “I would love to do one of those songstress duets,” she says.
