Tim McGraw and Kenny Chesney are country music’s dream team on their “Brothers of the Sun Tour,” and that dream began long before their summer concert outings…

Tim told the LA Times he and Kenny have been friends for 20 years.

“Before we had record deals, we used to stay at each other’s apartment when one or the other of us didn’t have electricity,” Tim says.

And with a two-decade long friendship to their credit, Tim reveals he’s all-knowing about his fellow country singing friend.

“I’m not sure there’s anything I don’t know about Kenny at this point,” Tim says.

“Brothers of the Sun” makes its stop in California this weekend.
