Billboard has a new list of “2012′s Brightest New Stars (So Far),” and some country names made the rundown.

Kip Moore and Jana Kramer are this year’s stand-outs so far in country.

The mag calls Kip “not just a ditty singer” and says Jana is “a definite break-out female star.”

The pair joins other stars like One Direction, Lana Del Rey, Carly Rae Jepsen, and Fun on the “Brightest New Stars” list.
