Mike Fisher recently gave his first interview as a married man and gave details on the wedding weekend, honeymoon and more.

Mike says that the night before the wedding, the two of them hosted a mix and mingle, followed by a golf tournament on the day of the wedding. He says that about 65 guests participated, but Mike didn’t finish the course since he had a big day ahead. Mike admits he wasn’t nervous for the wedding, but he was very excited.

The two enjoyed 8 days in Bora Bora and 3 days in the Napa Valley. Mike said it was the longest vacation Carrie had taken in the past 5 years. They had a blast together.

Mike revealed that once he is finished with hockey, the two will settle in nashville. “I love it there.” That is still a while away, but they want to plan ahead.
