Keith Urban appears on the cover of the current issue of People Country Special. In the issue, he talks about how his wife Nicole Kidman has inspired him and helped him become the person he always wanted to be.

She has inspired several songs, including “My Heart is Open” on his Defying Gravity album. “My wife and I had been out a couple of times and I wondered how she felt about me,” Keith says. “It came out as, ‘How is your heart?’ She said, ‘It’s open.’ My God, what a beautiful answer.”
